We cleaned up the website forums so they're easier to use and actually readable.
What was broken:
Topic pages were failing silently and kicking you back to the forum index, so it looked like posts didn't exist. "Read more" on the homepage also dumped you into that same dead end. Replies weren't saving either.
What we fixed:
- Topic pages load and show the full post again
- Replies post correctly
- Homepage News & Updates: Read more opens a popup with the full announcement, plus a button to go to the Forums
What we simplified:
- Cleaner forum index (categories → topics → posts)
- Dropped the cluttered extras that weren't helping
- Added clearer category structure: Announcements, General Discussion, Help & Support, and Suggestions
Announcements still live in the Forums — the homepage just makes them easier to read first.
