Crafting Overview

Crafting is a skill that allows players to create various items from raw materials. The skill includes pottery making, leather crafting, dragonhide tanning and hide armour, jewelry making, gem cutting, glassblowing, and cloth spinning. Higher crafting levels provide access to more valuable and useful items.

Dragonhide Tanning (New ClassicKBD)

Take dragonhide to the Tanner in Al Kharid. Tanning needs a Crafting level and coins (no Crafting XP). Then sew leather with a needle and thread, and stud the finished piece with matching dragon scales.

Hide Leather Level Cost

Hide Armour (Needle + Thread)

Use a needle and thread on dragonhide leather. Coif uses 2 leather, chaps 3, chest 5.

Studded Hide Armour (Dragon Scales)

Use matching dragon scales on a finished hide piece. Studding adds Ranged and Armour.
